This personal website has existed for a while, but it was always just a list of links — pointing to my words, research, and social accounts scattered across the internet. Today, it begins to have its own voice.

為什麼要寫？Why Write?

從藥學、臨床藥學、國際衛生，到醫療科技評估（HTA），我的學術路徑讓我習慣了用「證據」說話。但證據之外，還有很多值得思考、值得記錄的事——關於科技與社會的交界、關於知識管理的實踐、關於這個讓我好奇不斷的世界。

From pharmacy and clinical pharmacy, to global health and Health Technology Assessment, my academic path has trained me to speak with evidence. But beyond evidence, there is much worth thinking about and recording — the intersection of technology and society, the practice of knowledge management, and a world that never stops making me curious.
